- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been mailing letters outside of the US for around three years. When they put the universal sticker on it my letters never arrive where there suppose to go. So through the years I've learned to do first class and have them weighed and a sticker printed out and my letters always arrive where they were supposed too. Problem is everyone in the post office wants to be rude when I ask for this service. Today I was the only customer there and she threw a fit about doing it saying it takes too long but yet I was the only person there. Why can't they justdo what I ask for.
